Purpose and limits

Ontario Nail IPAC organizes records, task evidence and inspection exports. It does not diagnose, certify legal compliance, guarantee inspection outcomes or replace official instructions, product labels, public-health advice or legal advice.

Subscriptions

Standard and Studio are auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions purchased through Apple. A free trial is shown only when StoreKit reports eligibility. The App Store price and billing period control. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Apple handles refunds, billing, upgrades and downgrades.

After access ends

New records, continuing reminders, rule updates and team sync stop. Existing records remain readable, searchable, available in inspection mode and exportable.

Owner responsibility

The workspace owner is responsible for accurate entries, authorized staff access, timely encrypted backups and confirmation of official sources. The app must not be used to diagnose, conceal incidents, alter finalized evidence without a correction reason, access records without authority or claim government approval.
